Good value for money, the food was good quality and lots of variety, all staff polite and the rooms were spacious, clean

Good
Staff fixed a mechanical problem with the room immediately. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Two Issues: 1) Food: Restaurant staff start cleaning up >30 minutes before actual posted closing time so if you arrive with 20 minutes to eat, alot of the food has been put away. I would suggest posting accurate hours for when food is available to be accessed, not just when dining door will be closed. 2) Room Safe/Payment: This was really silly. They use an old system where you have to go to the front desk to get a magnet to use the room safe. Basically they want to charge for this service - 10 euros (given my room would lock when I arrived, this seemed pretty silly). However they want to charge 20 euros and then refund 10 when you bring back the magnet. So because my room didn't lock I needed the safe so I paid the 20 euros. Then when I went back the night before leaving to return the magnet (flight at 6am) - I had to wait for 1 hour to get my 10 euros deposit back. I paid by CC, and they won't refund you cash only back to the original CC. So it turns out that the hotel doesn't not have enough CC terminals - and because of this the terminals are "moving" around the property to whoever needs them. So I stood at the front counter waiting for the CC terminal to return ... it didn't come back. After 20 minutes (its 10 pm and I have to get up at 4am) I ask them to call around and find out when it will return. They locate the terminal at one of the bars - the person says they will come back to front desk in 2 minutes. Another 20 minutes go by and nothing .... so I ask them to call again, but now no one answers. After another 10 minutes I ask where the person was who they spoke to and I am going to go there to find out what is going on. Myself and 1 staff leave the front desk and walk to another part of the property to located the CC terminal left at a bus boy station. No one is there, the person who was coming in "2 minutes" has dissappeared. We then walk back to the front desk to process my refund.

Lovely family holiday
Food was nice, nice variety. Plenty of sun loungers available. Hotel is close to a nice beach and restaurants, nice promade along the beach. Lots of kids activities, golf, tennis, soccer. Lots of nice shaded areas too, to get shelter from sun.
Nowhere nice to sit out at night for a quiet drink. The only place to go was the entertainment area and it was extremely noisy. Pools were very cold. Cocktails were pre made and not very nice. No mini bar in the bedrooms, which I would have expected when going all - inclusive. Even though there was air conditioning in the rooms, it felt very hot, so I wouldnt like to see what it is like in July or August
